An update from keen dental care...
We welcome the news last night that we can begin a carefully planned reopening from June 8th. We will be prioritising those patients who have had severe pain during the lockdown period or those who currently have severe problems.
Our reception will be open as normal for telephone enquires, please do not attend the practice in person. We will only be able to see people with an appointment once they have been screened. We will not be able to book any routine appointments for the foreseeable future but will keep you informed of any changes.
We very much appreciate your patience and understanding both during the lockdown period and that of the return to work. Our priority is to help those in severe pain whilst maintaining the safety of our team. We have operated a phone triage for patients during the lockdown period and will continue to do so, to give advice and to take the pressure off the reopening period.
It will take a while but we are committed to helping our patients in a safe environment.
